Initially, MyTab has launched with HSBC, which means all HSBC customer in the UAE will have seamless access to their offers. Other banks will come online as soon as agreements are in place.

Of course MyTab doesn’t want you to miss out if you’re not with a partner bank, so we are building an exciting portfolio of offers so that all customers can benefit. We have already added special discounts with many well-known online lifestyle and fashion brands such as Bloomingdales, Mumzworld, H&M, GAP, Namshi, NOWNOW, Tommy Hilfiger, and many more. These new offers are available to anyone who downloads the MyTab app.

Meet The Founders

Omar Paul

Co-Founder/ CEO

Omar Paul

Co-founder and MyTab visionary, Omar Paul has been working in the customer experience space for over 20 years. He started his career in the technology space, helping to transform some of the biggest companies in the world, so they could serve their customers better. His passion for Customer Experience and expertise in technical enablement has led to innovative solutions like MyTab.

In the past he has worked with tier-1 Customer Relationship Management solutions like Oracle and Salesforce and spent many years helping blue chip companies all over the world transform and become truly customer-centric. One such example has been where Omar worked with CEO’s of Orange and T-Mobile to design and launch a JV called Everything Everywhere (EE), becoming the largest mobile operator in the UK.

Omar moved to Dubai from the UK in 2013, when he joined DMCC as the interim head of their free zone’s digital transformation program. He was instrumental in repositioning the customer experience and technical enablement, winning the award for the Best Freezone in the world while there. In 2015, he moved on to Emirates Airline assisting them in transforming Customer Experience and helping to launch their new Skywards propositions. By 2017, he served as Head of Customer Experience at Al Tayer Group, a major portfolio retailer in the Middle East, responsible for many well-known luxury brands, taking them into the new digital experience era.

James Martin

James Martin

MyTab co-founder James Martin holds a degree in Hotel Management and Business from his native Switzerland and has a strong  background in hospitality. James arrived on Dubai’s shores in 2009 to work with the business development team for The Entertainer, one of the region’s largest reward companies. He successfully spearheaded the B2B business in Qatar, Kuwait and the UAE being transferred to the Singapore office where he managed their B2B in the Far East with a focus on Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.

In 2016, Martin moved back to Dubai to work with AIMIA, a leading global data-driven marketing and loyalty analytics company. While there, he  supervised their extensive B2B business in the region and developed partnerships for their popular Air Miles loyalty program. James moved on with ‘DSquares’ in 2018 to head up their MENA  office for the rapidly growing Egypt-based loyalty company.

James joined forces with Omar and developed MyTab in 2020, an innovative mobile application that offers customers seamless access to their bank offers and other exclusive MyTab discounts based on their geo location.

Stefanie Martin

Head of Strategy 

Stefanie Martin

Stefanie started her professional career in hotel management in Germany. In 2001 she moved to Switzerland and worked for some of the leading hotels in Switzerland. She was always very ambitious to gain experience in other markets and moved to London, followed by Dubai to then worked her way up through customer service management in Singapore.

In 2013, she joined the Entertainer as Country Manager to head up their Malaysia office and lead a successful product launch in Asia before returning to HQ in Dubai to further develop their retail, fashion, services sectors. Soon afterwards, she joined loyalty and rewards start-up MyList & Merit Incentives, as COO to oversee development of their diverse B2B & B2C offerings for banks, government entities and other enterprise businesses.

Along with the birth of her second child was born, Stefanie joined her husband James as MyTab’s Head of Strategy to lead the charge in offering customers seamless access to bank offers and exclusive discounts at the point of purchase.
